Investments

Loan Brokerage
We offer our investors an alternative investment opportunity to property ownership. Trust deed investments offer higher interest and cash flow while maintaining the basic security that real estate offers. Investors are able to participate in Trust Deed Loan Pools with smaller investments than are usually required in property acquisition.

Your investment is protected:
	A promissory note showing your interest in the note
	A recorded deed of trust securing your interest in the note
	A fire insurance policy with a loss payable endorsement clause
	A policy of title insurance which guarantees your position
	A request for notice of default

We service loans, which includes the following:
	Collect monthly payments from borrower
	Send late notices and call if payment is not received in a timely manner
	Handle foreclosure proceedings if borrower is in default
	Issue a demand statement when needed
	Prepare a deed of reconveyance when loan is paid
	Make certain fire policy is in force
	Provide a 1099 interest income statement for tax purposes
