The restaurant industry is heading for a downturn, according to one industry analyst interviewed Tuesday for Bloomberg.com. Stifel Analyst Paul Westra's prediction, however, leaves out the pizza sector. The dire second-quarter results from 15 of 16 major food service chains is the basis for Westra's argument.
