Edward G. Penniman was
born and raised in Santa Cruz, nurtured as an artist by his grandmother,
the accomplished watercolor artist Leonora Naylor Penniman. He also
works as a graphic artist, and has been a guest lecturer at high schools
and colleges. Included here are watercolor depictions of local landscape
and architecture. |

Recently, however, she has turned her lens to the people and scenes
of Santa
Cruz County, particularly the natural beauty of the agricultural
